Divine family health centre billing policy statement/ position from 01/11/2025

We remain committed to providing highest quality service - personalised, friendly and caring.

In order to continue delivering this quality service we have to stay in step with rising service delivery costs and government policy changes, therefore have made
adjustments to some aspects of our billing policy and fee structures.

. Divine Family Health Centre billing policy remains unchanged after 01/11/2025

(UNIVERSAL BULKBILLING will NOT be sustainable at all for our clinic model)

- we continue to be a private billing practice, with fee adjustments at the doctor’s discretion
⁃ Limited discounted/bulk billed services are available (at the doctor’s discretion) to those who meet our eligibility criteria, for appointments between 8:30am to 4:45pm.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Children under 10yrs of age
2. Eligible Concession cards holders with ACTIVE MYMEDICARE REGISTRATION WITH DIVINE FAMILY HEALTH CENTRE (limited to appointments 15min or less)
3. Adjusted fees are available at reception

Please note: All New patients MUST PAY for their first consultation with Doctor.

Doctors can change billing policies and may charge differently than listed.

Children under 10 years old are bulk billed.

 Workers Compensations

All workers compensation fees are privately billed, NOT medicare reabatable and will be passed onto the insurance once a Claim Number has been approved and payments are being made.

Switching to direct insurance payments is at the doctor's discretion
