Dr Tsoake Faso
MBChB FRACGP MHSc
Dr Tsoake Faso has been a practising GP in Bunbury for the last 19 years. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is interested in all areas of general practice, with special interest in preventive health for the whole family.
Outside work he enjoys playing musical instruments esp. guitar and organ/keyboard, as well as maintaining his fitness by playing tennis and working out in the gym.
Dr Alex Van Heerden
MBBS FRACGP
Dr Alex van Heerden has been a practising GP in Bunbury for the last 7yrs. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is passionate about preventive health, with special interest in minor skin excisions, palliative care, women's health & children's health.
Outside work she enjoys a very active lifestyle, running marathons and spending time with her young family.
Dr Danushka Jayasundara
MBBS, MRCGP (Int), MCGP
Dr Danushka Jayasundara is a compassionate and experienced general practitioner with a broad international background. He practiced medicine in Sri Lanka (2012–2018) and Oman (2018–2023) before moving to Australia, where he has been practising for over two years.
Dr Jayasundara initially joined Mandurah Doctors in 2023 and is now also consulting at Divine Family Health Centre, Glen Iris. He provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families of all ages.
His areas of special interest include, Weight management and lifestyle medicine, Child health, Mental health care, Chronic disease management and Family medicine
Originally from Sri Lanka, Dr Jayasundara speaks fluent English and Sinhalese. Outside of work, he enjoys playing rugby, travelling, and spending time with his family

June is a registered nurse with over 27 yrs experience in South Africa, UK and Western Australia. She joined General Practice in 2015 and has since fallen in love with preventive health and holistic healthy lifestyle promotion. June supports Divine Clinic GP’s with chronic disease management , health assessments, wound care, quality control and risk management.
